Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Winter intern for its Financial Advisory Services team to assist with forensic accounting, valuation, and economic damages analyses. The role includes developing financial analyses, creating dashboards, and preparing expert reports under supervision.

You will work hybrid English, with opportunities to travel to client sites and collaborate with lawyers, consultants, and senior staff. The program starts in January and requires 20–40 hours per week during business hours.

Qualifications

• Current junior or senior on track to get their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related discipline
• Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Summarizing and interpreting relevant financial information and records
• Developing accounting, financial and economic analyses
• Applying advanced analytical methods to a dataset as well as creating visualizations and dashboards for management (e.g., IDEA, Tableau, JMP, Power BI)
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and other deliverables
• Critiquing opposing expert reports in preparation of rebuttal expert reports
• Interacting with clients and counsel to communicate strategy and obtain documents
• Working with managers and partners on client communication and practice development
• Strictly adhering to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
