Compensation and Benefits

• Proposed pay rate of $21.00 to $27.00+ per hour, based on experience.

Job Summary

We seek PSIA Level 1+2+3 Ski instructors for full-time and part-time seasonal roles beginning in December through mid-April. Candidates must be at least 18, have at least one season of teaching experience, and be available weekends and holidays. Part-time requires a minimum of 20 days, with potential for variation. Focus on teaching children aged 3-17, fostering enthusiasm for skiing and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest experiences, lead group and private lessons, ensure safety, and promote guest loyalty. Collaborate with team members, respond effectively to emergencies, and maintain a positive, professional attitude. Assist with operational tasks and uphold resort standards and policies.

Other Duties

Perform additional responsibilities as needed, representing Copper Mountain positively and supporting a dynamic work environment. Flexibility in hours is required.

Basic Requirements

• At least 2 years of instructing experience preferred.
