CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures seeks a Registered Massage Therapist for remote lodge locations in British Columbia. You will lead morning warm-ups, manage spa facilities, and provide high-end massage services to guests.
Requirements include a recognized massage therapy program and Canadian registration; experience in luxury hospitality and remote lodges is preferred. Seasonal, 10-hour/guest days with accommodations provided on shift.

The Registered Massage Therapist and/or Certified Spa Practitioner (RMT/CSP) is responsible for providing massage services to CMH guests, leading dynamic warm-up class each morning, and responsible for the daily upkeep of the spa area at the lodge. This person will work as part of a team and be highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal job opportunity. These positions are based on a 10-hour day for guest exchange days, and a 5-hour day plus booked massage times and commissions on massage days. A typical schedule consists of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. Accommodation is available while on shift, at no extra cost, for staff joining our team.
This type of work setting is challenging and demanding. Successful staff are intrinsically motivated by a passion for massage experiences in the backcountry and creating memorable experiences with our guests. This job is in a remote area of British Columbia. Employees are required to find their own way to and from the lodge or helicopter staging area for work shifts. Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 30 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis. This position is required, at times, to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business. This position may require occasional travel to CMH areas, as well as some travel to industry functions on an occasional basis. A competitive hourly rate will be provided based on skillset and experience, along with commissions for massages and 4% vacation pay and potential opportunities to heli-hike and heli-ski, as available. Further details will be discussed in a personal interview.
