Job summary

Couche-Tard/Circle K in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Winks Affiliate Program. You will report to the Program Manager and provide comprehensive administrative support to help grow the Winks Members and Vendor Partners.

The role emphasizes data management, member communications, and coordination of marketing activities, with travel up to 10% and a focus on accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
• 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and InDesign is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new members and manage member data in the database.
• Respond to inquiries from members and suppliers by phone and email and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with marketing and communications, including newsletters and POS signage.
• Maintain Winks database and generate quarterly reports and rebate statements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual Winks Conference and related events.
