Qualifications

• Must have Smart Serve Certification.
• Retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced wine retail environment.
• French language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with wine tastings and purchases.
• Lead winery tours and conduct structured tastings for groups.
• Provide professional customer service and hospitality.
• Operate POS system; manage opening/closing duties.
• Assist with events and offsite appearances.
• Provide dinner service in various settings.
• Represent the winery at events and manage stock.
