2iSolutions Inc. seeks a Junior to Intermediate Windows Server Support Consultant to install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server, Azure, and on‑premise Intel servers in a hybrid cloud environment. This is a 1‑year contract to work onsite in Regina.

You will manage AD, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, backups, and disaster recovery while developing automation with PowerShell. Join a hands-on team focused on uptime and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration in enterprise or hybrid environments.
• Experience with AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Proficiency with virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper‑V) and cloud tools.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Certifications preferred: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, MCSE, MCSA, VMware VCP, or CompTIA Security+.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments across versions.
• Manage AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and user access permissions.
• Apply patches, updates, and vulnerability remediation to harden systems.
• Resolve L1/L2 tickets and address performance/storage issues.
• Execute backups, failover tests, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Administer virtualized infrastructures with VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper‑V; use Azure for hybrid cloud tasks.
• Write PowerShell scripts to automate deployments, health checks, and reporting.
• Document architecture, troubleshooting steps, and change logs.
