Qualifications

• Experience in the fenestration industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Valid Working at Heights certification.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Solid mathematical skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones and related apps.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and document all necessary details for repair or warranty claims.
• Replace window and door hardware as needed.
• Measure and install frameless glass showers with precision.
• Perform glass replacements and glazing for new products.
• Generate invoices and collect payments from clients upon job completion.
• Communicate any scheduling delays promptly to the Service Coordinator.
• Measure and install security shutters and Executive screens.
• Deliver products to job sites as required.
• Supervise and guide assistants on the job.
• Report any service needs or damage to company vehicles immediately.
• Participate in the company clothing program.
• Maintain all required licenses and certifications for the role.
• Provide support to the installation team when needed.
