As a Winder, you’ll bring engineering specifications to life by manufacturing, assembling, and inspecting coils with accuracy and craftsmanship. Every coil you produce contributes directly to the reliability and performance of our transformers—making your work essential to our mission.
In this role, you’ll transform raw materials into expertly wound coils that meet strict engineering and safety standards. From interpreting technical drawings to executing complex winding, brazing, and assembly tasks, you’ll ensure each component is built to the highest level of quality.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, maintain precise documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
