Job summary

ENERCON is seeking Wind Turbine Technicians to join local maintenance teams in Canada. You will maintain and optimize wind turbine systems, perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, and collaborate with the team to ensure reliability and safety.

The role requires travel across Canada and adherence to ENERCON standards. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in electromechanics or wind turbine maintenance, with electrical or mechanical maintenance experience, and a journeyman

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certification in electromechanics, electricity, or wind turbine maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Journeyman electrician certification (Red Seal) is an asset.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Valid driver's license.
• Overtime, weekend on‑call duty, and travel may be required.
• Willingness to travel for maintenance at other sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance tasks on wind turbine systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement repairs/modifications.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with the team.
• Document work digitally via tablets/smartphones.
• Follow safety protocols and ENERCON standards.
