Wholesale Sales Representative (Part-Time)

MATT & NAT is a vegan line designed in Montreal, Canada since 1995. Inspired by everyday life, architecture, and nature, the collections focus on creativity, functionality, color, and being environmentally aware. Linings are always made out of 100% recycled plastic bottles.

Responsibilities

1. Make cold calls, book appointments, and follow up on orders.
2. Assist with the execution of trade shows and events.
3. Willing to travel and attend various industry trade shows.
4. Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to increase sales.
5. Resolve customer queries and keep them informed of delivery status.
6. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Deliver exceptional service to all customers.
8. Exceed sales and service targets.
9. Assist with promotions and advise customers on their purchases.
10. Manage sales cycles independently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and cheerful attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail.
