About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Short-Term Forecasting Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team!

Location: Across Canada

What You’ll Do Here

  • Develop, generate, and maintain call forecasts in the short-term (up to 2 months)
  • Meet regularly with business stakeholders to discuss and adjust forecasts
  • Coordinate with the Scheduling and Intraday Teams to understand recent trends and plan contingencies
  • Ensure alignment with long-term forecasts for a comprehensive business understanding
  • Analyze short-term trends and adjust forecasts based on immediate changes in demand
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on short-term forecast performance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance forecasting efficiency
  • Facilitate some long-term planning activities as part of professional development

What You Bring To The Table

  • University degree or college diploma (business, math, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in short-term forecasting within a workforce management department
  • Proficiency in workforce management software such as e-WFM (Aspect), IEX (NICE), Verint, Cisco, and Avaya
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly identify and address forecasting discrepancies
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and automation techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
