Lammle’s Western Wear is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitters to join our Calgary area stores. You will engage customers, promote promotions, and help maintain store presentation while processing purchases at the POS. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and may include lifting up to 50lbs.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer-focused, and eager to meet sales goals, with retail experience considered an asset but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong personal skills and ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Sales and customer service orientated; identify sales opportunities and problem solve.
• Retail experience is an asset but not required.
• Flexibility including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Lammle’s products and translate to customers through need recognition.
• Showcase a positive attitude to customers and tasks.
• Strive to reach personal productivity and sales goals.
• Be knowledgeable on promotions and convey offerings to customers.
• Ensure each customer receives the Lammle’s Experience.
• Lift and distribute merchandise up to 50lbs and assist in displays.
• Keep store clean and tidy and process purchases at register using POS.
• Follow company policies on loss prevention.
