Job summary

Boutique of Leather, a subsidiary of Lammle’s Western Wear and Tack in Calgary, seeks friendly sales associates to deliver the Lammle’s Experience. You’ll greet customers, explain products, and strive to meet sales goals with a positive attitude.

Retail experience is an asset; flexibility for evenings and weekends; training provided. You must enjoy working in a team and engaging with customers in a western lifestyle store.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is not required but helpful.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and adapt to seasonal events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Boutique of Leather products and translate knowledge to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet sales goals.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the register using POS system.
• Keep store clean and ensure merchandise is displayed properly.
• Assist in stock replenishment and seasonal displays.
