Job summary

Toronto Community Housing is seeking a Regional District Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and cleaning services within the West Region district. The role oversees a budget of $1–2M annually and manages 80+ unionized frontline staff, ensuring safety and high service standards.

You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance indicators, and collaborate with residents and stakeholders to improve operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and/or a trades certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large residential buildings with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff in a unionized environment is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery of day-to-day maintenance and cleaning activities for a district.
• Oversee operating budget of over $1-2M annually and manage cost approvals.
• Coordinate staffing and supervise tenants, staff and vendors to ensure service levels and safety.
• Ensure compliance with by-laws, standards and legislative requirements.
• Engage with Residents, Community Groups and Stakeholders to coordinate activities.
