BioPharma Services Inc. seeks a Director, Business Development (West Coast) to advance its early-stage clinical services—Phase I, BE/BA, Bioanalysis, Data Management and Biometrics. This remote role reports to the CCO and targets the U.S. West Coast.

Responsibilities include promoting services, building long-term client relationships, developing account plans for key customers, coordinating with Contracts and Proposals on RFPs, and feeding the sales pipeline to meet targets.

Qualifikationen

• Completed postsecondary degree in a healthcare related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years solid technical, project management or sales experience in the CRO industry; experience with selling clinical services preferred.
• Knowledge of CRO industry and drug development process.
• Established client contacts in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell BioPharma’s early-stage clinical services and meet/exceed established sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships and develop account plans for key clients.
• Liaise with Contracts and Proposals to manage budget proposals in response to RFPs/RFIs.
• Lead and manage processes to meet client deliverables and attend key industry conferences.
