Job summary

OmniaBio is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to drive CDMO services in the CGT space, enabling clinical translation and commercial growth. You will lead BD strategy, identify prospective clients, and develop tailored proposals to secure manufacturing agreements, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities include rapid pipeline expansion, cross-functional proposal development, and close collaboration with Legal to optimize terms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related business experience in pharma/biopharmaceutical corporate sales or contracts.
• Experience developing, negotiating, and closing complex service proposals in competitive environments.
• Prior contract manufacturing/vendor experience in biologics, CGT, or regenerative medicine is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective clients and expand OmniaBio's pipeline.
• Develop tailored proposals and negotiate/close MSA & SOWs.
• Collaborate with legal to optimize contracting terms and accelerate agreements.
