Title: Wellness Systems Quality Care Coordinator
Salary: $74,663 - $93,328 - $102,660 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Surrey, BC, located on the ancestral territories of the Katzie, Kwantlen, and Semiahmoo Nations – Hybrid
About The Role
As Wellness Systems Quality Care Coordinator, you offer offers advanced, culturally safe support to self-identifying First Nations individuals on their journey toward quality care. Rooted in the unique stories and lived experiences of individuals and communities, you will coordinate meaningful responses to feedback and concerns. Working across acute care, residential services, mental health, public health, home health, and community systems, you will facilitate respectful dialogue, document experiences, and identify areas needing attention. You will be helping individuals and communities access resources that support healing, guided by transparent and accountable processes that lead to resolution and improved care experiences.
