Salary Comment The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

Title: Wellness Navigator
Salary: $88,948 - $104,644 - $120341 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term for 1.5 years
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Fraser Salish Region, BC, located on the ancestral territories of the Stó:lo¯ Nations – Hybrid
About the role
As Wellness Navigator, you will be a driving force in shaping healthier, more vibrant, and self-determined First Nations communities in the Fraser Salish Region. You will work closely with individuals, families, and communities to enhance health and wellness, supporting those living with chronic conditions through personalized wellness planning and increased health literacy. You’ll champion a holistic, person-centered approach to health and social systems, helping to map services and guide wellness journeys across the full spectrum of care. Your role will also be collaborating with Fraser Health Authority as part of a regional network grounded in joint planning and shared goals.
