Healthy Planet in Mississauga is seeking an enthusiastic Wellness & Nutrition Coach to provide personalized consultations and guidance on vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products. The role emphasizes education, empathy, and helping customers make informed wellness choices.

You will engage with shoppers, support sales through informed recommendations, and contribute to a collaborative store culture. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is available.

Qualificações

• Education or certification in nutrition or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in a wellness, customer-facing, or retail role.
• Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized wellness consultations to customers in-store
• Recommend vitamins, supplements, and nutrition products aligned with individual health goals
• Translate complex health and nutrition information into accessible guidance

• Assist at checkout as needed to ensure smooth and friendly transactions

  Collaboration, Sales & Store Support

  • Partner with team members and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets by aligning customer needs with relevant solutions
  • Replenish and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain clean, attractive product displays
  • Ensure the store remains safe, organized, and compliant with health and safety protocols
  • Support and participate in in-store events, demos, and wellness activations
  • Comply with company policies, sanitation standards, and operational procedures

  Training & Compliance

  • Completion of required Lessonly training modules
  • Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives
  • Help drive in-store wellness events, product demos, and customer workshops.
  • Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability

  Other Duties

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

  Qualifications

  • Education or certification in nutrition, dietetics, holistic health, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a wellness, customer-facing, or retail role
  • Knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and nutrition concepts (formal or self-directed learning accepted)
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to simplify wellness concepts for general audiences
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, and driven to help others
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • Capable of multitasking and standing for extended periods; ability to lift moderately weighted items
