Job summary

Landmark Solutions Ltd. in Salmon Arm, BC is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. Based in Salmon Arm, the role involves shop-based fabrication and occasional fieldwork supporting our Construction Group. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidate will read drawings, interpret welding symbols, and perform layout, fit-up, and welding with minimal supervision. Valid tickets and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of welding and fabricating experience.
• Journeyman/B Level Welder; Red Seal is an asset.
• Experience with FCAW, SMAW, GMAW preferred.
• Ability to read engineered drawings and weld symbols.
• Comfortable working in shop and field environments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications for layout and welding.
• Plan layout, fit-up, welding, and assembly with limited supervision.
• Operate welding equipment and related hoisting tools.
• Maintain high-quality work while meeting safety and environmental rules.
• Work in both shop and field settings and cooperate with teams.
