What You’ll Be Doing

• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and weld specifications.
• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding to assemble components.
• Operate shop equipment and follow general steel manufacturing practices.
• Conduct safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety policies.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and meet operational standards.
• Work efficiently to meet shift objectives while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Welder experience.
• CWB FCAW ticket is an asset.
• Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license.
