Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in welding processes, equipment operation, and safety practices to assemble, fabricate, and repair metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine material and welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, to join metal parts.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Cut and shape metal components using tools such as plasma cutters, grinders, and torches.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company and industry safety standards.
• Test and inspect welded joints for durability and performance using various tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
• Welding certifications (e.g.,CWB, AWS, ASME) are a plus.
• Exposure to heat, noise, and potential safety hazards.
• Work may involve standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
