CBI Health's Ancaster clinic is seeking a Clinic Experience Associate to create a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and staff. You will assist with scheduling, inquiries and clinic operations to ensure smooth daily flow.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, problem solving and a proactive approach to improving the client experience within the clinic setting in Ancaster, ON.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for clients, guests, team members and stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries (in-person, phone, email, SMS) within 24 hours
• Identify and mitigate potential friction before it occurs whenever possible
• Provide personalized interactions and communicate client needs to the team
• Schedule private/acute clients based on Care Plans
• Maximize client access to care and online booking
• Educate clients on digital tools and resources (Client Portal, online booking)
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and health information
• Facilitate effective flow within the clinic
