Job summary

Richard Hadlee Retirement Village is seeking two part-time receptionists to welcome visitors, answer calls and provide admin support in a warm, patient environment. Roles include Saturday 09:00-16:00 or Sunday 09:00-16:00, with the option to work both days.

You will support residents, relatives and staff while delivering friendly, professional service. Candidates should be empathetic, flexible and reliable, with a welcoming manner and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors and provide assistance and direction as necessary.
• Provide administration assistance including accounts and office/reception duties.
• Ensure a hospitable and helpful service to residents, relatives, visitors and staff.
• Answer all phone calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist residents and visitors with general enquiries.
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues.
