Job summary

White Spot is seeking a Line Cook to join our iconic Canadian brand. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to craft memorable dishes for guests.

The role requires weekend availability (Friday–Sunday), a strong work ethic, and collaboration with a team focused on consistency and hospitality. 35 hours per week with opportunities for growth and training, including a Red Seal program for eligible kitchen leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) and flexible hours.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh local ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen station cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
