Job summary

Indigo Park Canada, based at Toronto's Pearson International Airport, seeks a Weekend Duty Manager to oversee valet and parking operations, lead frontline teams, and ensure top-tier service in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will supervise shifts, coordinate with clients and guests, respond to inquiries, assist with scheduling and payroll, support recruitment and training, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and inclusivity in a unionized workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in operations or service-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Hospitality, or related field is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Support payroll approvals, staff scheduling, and operational reporting.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure accountability across the team during shifts.
• Maintain accurate operational records and logs (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment, particularly within a unionized setting.
• Take ownership of projects or initiatives as assigned by management.

What Are the Working Conditions?

Hourly Salary: $24.00 per hour

Location: Toronto Pearson International Airport

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to varying temperatures.

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.

Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Flexible availability required to meet operational needs in an airport environment (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required).
