CIRO is seeking a Web Specialist to own end-to-end web publishing, ensuring content accuracy and timely updates, while aligning with CIRO’s visual identity and web standards.
You will work with subject matter experts to turn web communications into effective digital campaigns, optimize HTML for accessibility and SEO, and maintain site navigation across devices. A post-secondary degree and 3–5 years in web design/development are required; hybrid work and benefits are offered.

Reporting to the Manager, Web & Multimedia, this position has overall responsibility for ensuring website content is up to date and accessible to CIRO’s diverse stakeholders and website visitors. In this role you will act as the primary bridge between internal business units and our public facing digital platform. Responsibilities include structuring and publishing new content, changes to site navigation or structure, optimizations for search engines, ensuring the accessibility of the website, and coordination with Information Technology Services. The Web Specialist also works with CIRO Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help them turn web communications into effective digital campaigns.
