Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a motivated team member to support online order processing and in-store fulfillment. You will handle order processing emails, prepare products, and ensure quality, while supporting a busy retail environment with a focus on customer service.

The role is permanent and part-time, with perks including a strong discount program, flexible hours, and a pathway for advancement within our community-focused company.

Responsibilities

• Process product orders placed on the company website.
• Read and reply to emails from related departments to process online orders.
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products, remove hangers and tags, ensure quality and cleanliness.
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders in the system.
• Receive and validate products from other stores to complete orders.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. To complete your work efficiently and professionally, you will need to:

• Read a nd reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders;
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products—remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed;
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we’ll show you how during your training!);
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders;
• Prepare the supply order each week;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy;
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support your team.
