Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Role Description

The Web Development Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end web development projects and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable websites and web applications. This role oversees development workflows, coordinates with designers, content specialists, and stakeholders, and manages project timelines, priorities, and resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising front-end and back-end implementation, reviewing code for quality and performance, and guiding the team in best practices across multiple CMS and web platforms. The Web Development Manager will also collaborate on technical architecture, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and documentation. Regular communication with clients and internal teams to define requirements, provide status updates, and align on goals is a key part of this position.
