Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service, focusing on proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of client needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries with accountability and thorough follow-up.
  • Contribute to business growth by developing and executing business plans, client segmentation, and service strategies.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of financial products and services to identify new opportunities within the client base.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings and events, including agenda setting, documentation preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of client profiles and associated investment strategies.
  • Support the creation and presentation of investment and financial plans.
  • Assist in streamlining administrative and operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by staying informed about industry policies.
  • Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support traditional and digital marketing initiatives, from concept to implementation.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and share knowledge to support professional growth across the team.
  • Identify opportunities for asset consolidation, referrals, and client acquisition.
  • Manage the client acquisition pipeline and assist in converting leads into long-term clients.
  • Undertake other duties as required to support the team and clients.

Education & Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  • Completion or willingness to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Life insurance licensing or readiness to obtain licensing.
  • Relevant industry experience is an asset.
