Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities in Montreal is seeking a Service Associate to provide phone-based client/advisor servicing and onboarding documentation processing. You will handle inquiries, process account openings, and collaborate with Compliance, AML, and risk teams to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.

The role offers exposure to DS, PH&N IC, and cross-functional partners, with opportunities for growth in wealth management operations and broader RBC groups.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and French required for regular business with RBC partners across Canada.
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science or Arts.
• Collaborative mindset, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• Strong relationship management and analytical skills to support front-office professionals and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone inquiries and email correspondence with DS and PH&N IC personnel in a professional office setting.
• Provide timely support for account opening, documentation, and account maintenance in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with front-office, National Office, and internal teams to optimize service delivery while balancing risk and efficiency.
• Promote service quality and continuous improvement to enhance client/branch experiences.
• Identify service quality gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Monitor SLA performance and drive innovations in operations and risk management.
• Participate in transformation projects and onboarding initiatives as needed.
• Support adoption of new business initiatives improving client/advisor support experiences.
