• Accurately and efficiently maintain and document all required client files and information.
• Liaise with various areas to remediate client issues and support advisors.
• Assist with presentations, communication materials, and client events as required.
• Support to develop and strengthen prospecting relationships by creating, building, and maintaining prospect databases and profiles.
• Participate in monthly Scotia Wealth Management sessions and support cross-team initiatives.
