Finance oversees accounting, financial, and regulatory reporting for the firm. It prepares external financial reports for public filings and regulators. Internally, Finance, along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA), summarizes, plans, and forecasts the organization's financial position, including income statements, balance sheets, and future revenue, expense, and earnings analyses. The division includes Business Unit Controllers, Infrastructure Controllers, Accounting, Regulatory and Reporting groups, and Valuation Review.
Team Profile
The Finance Division, reporting to the CFO, comprises around 3,000 employees globally. It protects the firm's integrity through accurate record-keeping and risk management, maintains regulatory relationships, and provides financial information to external stakeholders. It also acts as an advisor to the firm's various units and senior management.
