Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) Nesbitt Burns is seeking an Investment Associate in Toronto to manage and grow client relationships by delivering tailored investment advice and service. You will assess client needs, present strategies, and collaborate with lead advisors to expand relationships and business opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in wealth management, CIRO licences or eligibility, and strong Cantonese language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
• CIRO Registered Representative licences or eligible to obtain.
• Cantonese language skills strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deepen client relationships and contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships through service and advice.
• Prepare investment proposals and portfolio reviews for clients.
• Collaborate with COIs and internal partners to deliver wealth management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
