Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto is seeking an Associate to provide ongoing service and support to clients and the Advisor team. You will help deepen relationships, maintain client accounts, and ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant, while working with an Investment Advisor on wealth management opportunities.

Qualifications

CIRE (Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam) required.
Proficient with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated world-class client service—professional, warm, and friendly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Reviews day-to-day execution of private banking deals to ensure quality and efficiency.
Monitors private banking business performance and market conditions when implementing new services.
Introduces products and services to high net worth clients.
Builds relationships with internal and external clients using appropriate tools/tech.
