Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a Client Service Assistant in Toronto to support Investment Advisors and the private wealth team with day-to-day administration and client service. You will coordinate meetings, handle routine money movements, prepare reports, and maintain client files to help grow relationships.

Knowledge of wealth management operations and familiarity with financial planning tools will help you thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment offering growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations is an asset.
• Must meet licensing and certification requirements for the branch/jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Advisors and IA team with day-to-day administration and client service.
• Coordinate marketing activities and client events for the advisory team.
• Assist in preparing for client meetings, including scheduling appointments.
