Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities Moose Jaw is seeking an Associate to support Investment Advisors by maintaining client accounts and delivering exceptional service. You will help with account administration, trade follow-up and documentation, while collaborating with multiple departments to provide timely, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic numeracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated world‑class client service with professional and friendly demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client accounts, including models, trades, cash raises and EFTs.
• Follow up on client trades to ensure settlements.
• Respond to client inquiries on transactions, documentation and reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on products or accounts as directed by Advisors.
• Cross-train on office admin functions and manage communications with clients and partners.
• Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date and compliant.
