Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
• Provide proactive client service with focus on problem resolution and details; liaise with departments as needed.
• Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, requests, documentation, reporting).
• Assist the Advisor team with client onboarding.
• Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and partners.
• Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients; track timelines and dates.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of documentation in compliance with controls and regulations; maintain client files.
• Update team communication channels (websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).
