TD Wealth is seeking an intern to support onboarding and colleague learning programs, collaborate on enterprise initiatives, and help deliver large-scale colleague experiences. You will coordinate events, develop communication materials, and track budgets while learning how TD delivers people-focused initiatives at scale.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce, or a related field.
  • Must be enrolled with intent to return to school at the start of the work term for co-op/intern positions.
  • A passion for storytelling, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in strategic communications, event planning/execution, or program management is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of Wealth onboarding and colleague learning programs (e.g., We are Wealth).
  • Coordinate events, including scheduling, materials, AV, speakers, and communications.
  • Develop presentations, briefs, agendas and other communication materials to support strategic initiatives.
  • Help track program details such as budgets, invoices, calendars, and status updates.
  • Review feedback and data to support post-event reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Support Early Talent programs and enterprise initiatives.
  • Support and lead components of colleague engagement initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Work with partners across HR, Events, Communications, and Learning teams to deliver experiences that reflect the TD Way.
