Job summary

TD in Toronto is offering a Winter 2027 Co-op/Internship in ESG Finance, focusing on GSIB governance and the revamped reporting process. You will support updating SOPs and drive end-to-end data handling for Q1 2027 MD&A, while exploring efficiencies and automation across the GSIB workflow.

As part of TD's Co-op/Intern programming, you will gain exposure to leadership talks, Lunch & Learns, and a broad network, with required transcripts and cover letter for consideration.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the end of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
  • You are enrolled or plan on pursuing your CPA designation OR are committed to pursuing a career in Finance Transformation
  • You demonstrate both financial acumen combined with a strong orientation toward curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word
  • Must be detailed oriented and quick to apply new concepts
  • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
  • Ability to operate as a working lead on initiatives as assigned
  • High personal standards for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage deadlines, multiple tasks and adapt well to changing priorities
  • Proactive and highly motivated individual who will take the initiative and who can work independently and in a team environment
