Qualifications

  • Enrolled or plan on pursuing CPA designation or committed to Finance Transformation.
  • Demonstrates financial acumen with focus on accuracy and process improvement.
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills; familiarity with data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual financial reports with accuracy.
  • Support review and formatting of reports for publication on the Investor Relations Website.
  • Contribute to initiatives for improving report presentation, including translations and accessibility compliance.
  • Participate in data reconciliation and cross-checking across reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide administrative support, organize files, track timelines, and assist in regulatory disclosures.

Our department oversees the preparation and release of critical quarterly and annual reports, including Supplemental Financial Information (SFI), Supplemental Regulatory Disclosure (SRD), Report to Shareholders (RTS), Earnings News Release (ENR), and the Annual Report (AR). We place strong emphasis on maintaining consistency in both numerical data and formatting, with rigorous rounding and reconciliation processes to ensure all published figures are correct throughout our reports.Our team collaborates closely to handle translation, printing of hard cover books, and ensures all online reports are AODA compliant. Comprising dedicated professionals—including a Senior Manager, three Managers, and a Senior Analyst—we support the bank’s Investor Relations website and strive to deliver reporting that reflects a unified voice and look. During quarter end, our work is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring attention to detail and adaptability. You will primarily work with the Manager and the Senior Analyst, but may also collaborate with other team members, especially during quarter-end periods when workload and deadlines intensify.Assist in the preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all figures and wording.Support the review and formatting of reports for publication on the Investor Relations Website.Contribute to initiatives for improving report presentation, including translations and ensuring AODA compliance for online documents.Participate in multi-way reconciliation and cross-checking of data across various reports to maintain data integrity.Help coordinate with external vendors or departments for printing, formatting, and regulatory submissions.Perform ongoing maintenance of financial data, including rounding consistency and cross-report validation.Conduct routine document reviews for spelling, grammar, and formatting errors.Regularly update spreadsheets and Word documents, utilizing Excel and Word skills, including macros where applicable.Support the team in adhering to regulatory and reporting deadlines, especially during high-pressure quarter-end periods.Provide administrative support, such as organizing files, tracking timelines, and assisting in the preparation of supplemental regulatory disclosures.JOB REQUIREMENTSWe’re proud to work with a group of diverse colleagues.
