Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a capable administrator to support Financial Advisors by preparing reports, processing transactions, and maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, effective time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have post-secondary education, and either hold an IR license or commit to obtaining IR registration within 12 months, with strong MS Office skills and client service

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required.
• Investment Representative (IR) Licensed or IR registration within 1 year.
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Dataphile and FactSet is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player; professional and confidential handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily/monthly/annual reports and client correspondence; own project work.
• Process and follow up on security transactions and transfers.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls with clients and support relationships.
• Liaise with clients, respond to requests, and provide proactive problem solving.
• Maintain Financial Advisor files, calendar and expenses.
