• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of business objectives.
• Troubleshoots and resolves routine problems according to policies and deadlines.
• Maintains audit trails and fiscal records, files, and databases.
• Schedules meetings, coordinates AV equipment, catering, and room setups.
• Processes staff timesheets and attendance data in accordance with guidelines.
