Kaschl’s Culligan is expanding and seeking a Service Technician to install, repair and maintain water treatment systems across the district. You will work closely with the Service Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service, build strong relationships and educate customers about water quality and health benefits.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, installations, troubleshooting over the phone and on-site, and maintaining inventory and tools.

Formación

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Works alone and as a team.
• A class 5 or better driver's license.
• A clean driving record (annual abstract required)
• Criminal record check by RCMP.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.

Responsabilidades

• Loading and unloading your vehicle.
• Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Arranging payments from customers.
• Maintain tool kit.
• Vehicle inventory.
• Installations, filter changes.
• Building equipment based on specs provided.
• Billing customers based on pricing outlined by head office.
• Keeping service area clean.
• Relaying required inventory to Service Coordinator for ordering.
• Maintaining retail units, returned, refurbished units.
• Ability to diagnose over the phone and on site service issues.
• Ability to perform/read water test to recommend equipment services needed.
• Ability to install equipment based on notes, pictures, specs provided.
