Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. Responsibilities include site pre-inspections, delivering exceptional customer service, and completing daily paperwork with a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driver''s abstract is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently.
• Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment.
• Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment.
• Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation.
• Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service.
• Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
• Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures.
• On call technician, as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
• Other duties as assigned.
