Job summary

Culligan of Canada is seeking a Service Technician to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. You will perform site pre-inspections, handle paperwork, and operate a company vehicle following safety procedures.

The role requires good mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license with clean abstract, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset.
• Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently.

Responsibilities

• Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment.
• Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment.
• Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation.
• Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service.
• Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner.
• Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures.
• On call technician, as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
• Other duties as assigned.
