This role serves as a key connection between customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, translating customer needs into practical treatment solutions while under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–4 years in engineering, process equipment, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with application engineering, equipment sizing, and preliminary system layouts.
• Review data and drawings to identify objectives and proposal requirements.
• Support evaluation and selection of treatment technologies and equipment.
• Perform preliminary engineering calculations for sizing.
• Prepare technical proposals and equipment data sheets.
• Document design assumptions and deviations from specs.
• Coordinate with procurement for pricing and lead times.
• Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, and controls teams.
• Respond to routine technical inquiries from customers and partners.
• Maintain CRM records of opportunities and proposals.
• Assist in handoff to project management and operations.
• Develop knowledge of Komline Pure Water products.
• Assist with sales tools and proposal templates.
• Participate in customer meetings and site visits.
