Job summary

Flotilla Partners is seeking a self-motivated Canvassing Appointment Setter to contact NEW homeowners for water treatment solutions. You’ll be the first contact, representing the Maytag Brand, and set appointments for our sales team to tailor solutions for improved water quality.

Responsibilities include a prescheduled route of 30–40 locations per day, in your vehicle, with incentives for water testing, and ongoing growth within a supportive team. Ownership of transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Independent and self-motivated sales person who wants to build a team around them.
• Excellent communication skills: speak clearly and persuasively, building rapport quickly.
• Self-starter with motivation to hit goals and work independently while staying accountable.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Experience in canvassing, sales, or appointment setting is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute a prescheduled route of 30–40 locations per day from your vehicle, offering incentives for water testing.
• Set appointments by qualifying leads for the sales team to meet potential customers.
• Engage and educate homeowners on the benefits of clean water and our solutions.
• Use proven canvassing strategies and tools to drive success.
• Work with a supportive team and grow with the company.
