Job summary

Kaschl's Culligan is seeking a Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain a variety of water treatment systems across the district. You will collaborate with the Service Coordinator and deliver excellent customer service as the face of Kaschl’s Culligan.

Role requires physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, clean driving record, and problem-solving skills. Full benefits after 3 months, with flexible work-from-home options where applicable.

Qualifications

• A class 5 or better driver's license.
• Criminal record check by RCMP.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.
• Must be able to diagnose on the phone and on site.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading your vehicle.
• Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Arranging payments from customers.
• Maintain tool kit.
• Vehicle inventory.
• Installations, filter changes.
• Building equipment based on specs provided.
• Maintaining retail units, returned, refurbished units.
• Ability to diagnose issues over the phone and on-site.
• Ability to perform/read water tests to recommend services.
• Install equipment based on notes, pictures, specs provided.

Our Service Technicians install, repair and maintenance many brands of water treatment systems across our district, working closely with their Service Coordinator. As the face of Kaschl’s Culligan, our technicians are expected to deliver excellent customer service and build strong professional relationships. Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Works alone and as a team.
• A class 5 or better driver's license.
• A clean driving record (annual abstract required)
• Criminal record check by RCMP.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
• Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling.

Competitive pay is determined by experience and performance.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
