Job summary

Aido Climate Solutions is expanding its water-purification division, Aido’s Water Wizards in Guelph, Ontario. We are seeking a motivated Water Purification Sales Consultant to conduct in-home consultations, educate homeowners on water quality, and recommend the right solutions for family use.

You will present options, financing, promotions, and manage a pipeline to maximize close rates, while collaborating with installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple investment options.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home water consultations.
• Test and evaluate household water conditions and explain results clearly.
• Recommend appropriate water softening, filtration and drinking-water solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, financing and promotions.
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities to maximize close rates.
• Maintain accurate customer notes, estimates and pipeline activity in CRM.
• Develop referral and self-generated sales opportunities.
• Represent Aido professionally at community, retail and promotional events.
• Support Costco / EcoWater program and other lead-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with installation and customer service teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Water Purification Sales Consultant

Guelph & surrounding area, Ontario | Full-time

Aido Climate Solutions is growing our water purification division, Aido’s Water Wizards, and we’re looking for a motivated, consultative Water Purification Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is an in-home sales role focused on helping homeowners understand their water quality and recommending the right solution for their family. Our product offering includes premium water softeners, reverse osmosis drinking-water systems, specialty filtration and whole-home water treatment solutions.

We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, educate rather than pressure, and confidently guide customers through a significant home-comfort purchase.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home water consultations
• Test and evaluate household water conditions and explain the results clearly
• Recommend appropriate water softening, filtration and drinking-water solutions
• Present product options, pricing, financing and available promotions
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities to maximize close rates
• Maintain accurate customer notes, estimates and pipeline activity in our CRM
• Develop referral and self-generated sales opportunities
• Represent Aido professionally at community, retail and promotional events
• Support our growing Costco / EcoWater program and other lead-generation initiatives
• Work closely with our installation, customer service and management teams to deliver an excellent customer experience from consultation through installation
• Identify opportunities to help existing Aido HVAC customers with their water quality needs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to educate homeowners
• Previous in-home sales experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, home improvement, windows, roofing, solar or other residential services is an asset
• Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple investment options
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales and conversion targets
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working some evenings and weekends based on customer availability

Water treatment experience is an asset, but we are prepared to train the right salesperson who has strong home-services sales ability.
